Recruitment and Job Support Services

Looking for a full time job? You may approach SG Enable to seek recruitment support such as access to the disability job portal, a dedicated job coach to assist your job search and various support services to help you integrate well into the job.

RISE Mentorship Programme (for students with disabilities)

Are you looking for guidance on how to navigate the working world? SG Enable has a 12 week mentorship programme that pairs students with disabilities to senior management staff from various companies.

IHL Internship Programme (for students with disabilities)

Looking to gain exposure in the working world before you graduate from school? SG Enable works closely with companies in providing internship opportunities to students.

Training Programmes

Persons with disabilities can attend a variety of training programmes at a subsidized rate to enhance their employability. There is also the $5000 SkillsFuture Study Awards for Persons with Disabilities to encourage persons with disabilities to further upskill themselves.

Education and Career Guidance

Job seekers can access career advisory services through Workforce Singapore Career Connect. The Career Connect consists of various services such as career advisory, one to one career coaching, job search workshops and career resources.

Career Trial

Job seekers can participate in a short term work trial with participating employers to gain working experience. After a period of time, the employer could convert the employee to a full time staff. During the work trial, the employee will be paid an allowance.
